Two immediate thoughts:
1) It is a delight concatenated see such beautiful images. They are an inspiration to learn more, to know in depth, to travel in spirit and in person.
2) A public television can fulfill their natural roles. Only long-term policies for creating quality content, not ephemeral. I feel envy for disclosing Saxon tradition which unfolds in so many books, in these films.

First congratulations on your book The bartender scientist, is very interesting the way you present the subject. Actually to be fair I must say that the whole collection is spectacular.
Well now comes the criticism: It is not OK to call the spirits as hydrocarbons, hydrocarbons are composed entirely of carbon atoms (C) and hydrogen (H), if the spirits are formed by a hydrocarbon chain, which consists of C sta and H but also to be an alcohol must contain in its structure the functional group-OH. I hope that my contributions
